We have prices for high season and low season.
North Wing Apartment Price:
Low Season (01.06.-31.06. and 02.09.-01.10.) is 65 EUR/night;
High Season (01.07.-01.09.) is 75 EUR/night
South Wing Apartment Price:
Low Season (01.06.-31.06. and 02.09.-01.10.) is 80 EUR/night;
High Season (01.07.-01.09.) is 100 EUR/night
Penthouse Price:
Low Season (01.06.-31.06. and 02.09.-01.10.) is 160 EUR/night;
High Season (01.07.-01.09.) is 190 EUR/night
Children & extra beds
All children are welcome. All children stay free of charge for extra beds.
Cancellations and prepayment
The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel after reservation, and the total price if they cancel in the 90 days before arrival. The guest will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation and the remaining amount on the upon arrival.
No fees charged for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of booking done during months out of season. Season is the months of June, July , August and September. During this month’s charge of 30% is applicable in case of cancellation !
Internet, parking and pets
WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge. Free private parking is possible on site and must be announced number of cars. Pets are allowed, charge of 10 euro per day is applicable.
Check-in and check-out times
Check-in from 15:00 to 00:00, Check-out latest to 10:00
Guest phone number
Guests must provide a phone number and address when they book in. Guests can book in without a verified phone number.
Key collection
Guests collect the keys at the property. Someone will meet the guest
House rules
Smoking and food consumption near the pool/jacuzzi is not allowed.
No visitors from other places (apartments) allowed to enter into apartments or swimming pool or jacuzzi before permission from manager of Sasa Apartments.
Garbage disposal is on your own, to dedicated containers which are situated on the car parking place. Garbage must be sorted like to plastic container, paper to paper container, glass and organic waste in different bags to dedicated green containers.
Compulsory switch off Air Conditions before going out of Penthouse apartment.
Obey the swimming pool rules which are written on the banner next to the swimming pool.
Pets are allowed inside apartments with extra charge of 10 euro per day.
Swimming pool and jacuzzi are open from 07:00 until 22:00!!
Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool and jacuzzi.
Please keep rules in mind due to urban area!!!
Parties/events are allowed on terrace of summer / barbecue kitchen until 23:00 hours.
Quiet hours are: day time – from 13:00 till 17:00 hours, nighttime – from 23:00 till 09:00 hours
Lost of key card will be charged 35 euro ( applies to North and South Wing apartments )
